Mary：It’s time to get up!  该起床了！
Bob：I just went to bed!  我刚刚睡下。
Mary：You shouldn’t have stayed up so late watching TV. I told you we had to get an early start.  你不该夜里看电视看得那么晚。我告诉过你我们得清早动身。
Bob：I know, but that movie was just too good to leave. I guess I’ll just have to pay the price and be sleepy.  我知道。但那个影片太吸引人了，不能不看。我想我只得认了，就困倦些吧。
Mary：Do you want to eat breakfast here?  你还想在家里吃早饭吗？
Bob：No. Why don’t we just grab a bite at the coffee shop next door?  不了，我们干嘛不在隔壁的咖啡馆里吃点东西呢。
Mary：Okay by me.

Ann：What’s your daily routine, Bing?  兵，你例常的一天是什么样？
Bing：I get up at 6.00.  我6点起床。
Ann：Really?  真的？
Bing：Yes, then I go to work at 8.00.  对，然后我8点去上班。
Ann：Do you drive to work?  你开车去上班吗？
Bing：No, I don’t have a car so I take the bus to work.  我没车，所以做公共汽车去上班。
Ann：Do you have lunch at work?  你在单位吃午饭吗？
Bing：No, I don’t have lunch at work. I have lunch at a restaurant with my colleagues.  不。我跟同事一块儿在一家餐馆吃午饭。
Ann：Do you work on Saturdays?  你星期六上班吗？
Bing：No, I don’t. I spend time with my family at the weekend.  不上。我和家人一起度周末。

Mom ：Jim，It’s time to get up.  吉姆，该起床了。
Jim：Oh，I’m afraid I’ll be late.  噢，恐怕要迟到了吧。
Mom ：Don’t worry. It’s still early. It’s just half past six.  不用着急，还早呢，才六点半.
Jim：Would you please help me get my breakfast  ready when I wash my face and brush my
Mom：teeth？I’m on duty today.  我洗漱时您能不能帮我准备好早饭？今天我值日。
Jim：That’s OK.  行啊.
Mom ：Thankyou，Mum.  谢谢，妈妈。
