     Wenchuan, a mountainous small city of Sichuan Province, was badly destroyed by a strong earthquake on the afternoon of May 12, 2008. A great number of people lost their lives. Many people were buried underground and hurt themselves. Many houses were fallen down. 

     The PLA and other rescuers came to help people save many people who were buried underground. People said many thanks to them.

     The earthquake caused a big loss for people, but people never feel despaired. This is because people around the world contributed money and other things to Wenchuan. We believe Wenchuan will become more and more beautiful in the future.
