     Last Monday, our class held an activity about saving and protecting water. Mr Wang was invited to give us a talk. After his speech, we had a discussion about how to save and protect water.

     Now we know that some of rivers are polluted in our country and that we are short of water although there are some rivers and lakes in our city. As a result, we need to save and protect water. For example, we shouldn't leave water running after using it, throw rubbish into rivers, and pour dirty water into rivers.

    In a word, only by saving and protcting water can we live happily.
